The Fork and Shovel Collaborative is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit hospitality training program committed to empowering individuals by providing training, education & support. We are a Christ-centered nonprofit based in North Georgia, passionate about transforming lives through the power of hospitality. Through culinary training, spiritual mentorship, and meaningful employment opportunities, we walk alongside men and women overcoming life’s barriers.

Cafe and Catering
Where hope is cooked fresh daily. This is our central training hub where students gain real culinary and hospitality experience while serving delicious food for local events, weddings, and business gatherings.
Commissary Kitchen
Where dreams find room to grow our fully equipped kitchen provides food entrepreneurs, caterers, and food truck operators the space they need, while keeping community at the heart of their work.
Community Culinary Classes
Where community comes to the table. From date nights to team building, our chef-led cooking classes inspire connection, joy, and skill-building—turning every lesson into an opportunity to learn, laugh, and share life together.
